What do I do if I received the wrong product or my product is defective?
- If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and what is the issue.
- We will send you a new product and we will make sure to cover any costs of getting you the right product.
- This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Many of our products are free of shipping costs. However, some of our products require paid shipping, from as much as $2 to $10,50 and on.

- You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at email@example.com.
- We normally send our customers their tracking code within 3-10 days.
IMPORTANT: If your tracking code does NOT open, please let us know of this issue and we will fix it for you.How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- It depends on where we are shipping the product to. Depending on the country it could take less than 15 days, or even 40 days in some cases.

- Sometimes if the product comes from different providers we may ship products separately. This is not usual, but if you're not certain whether this is your case, get in touch with us.
I am not being able to place an order, why?
- You should always be able to place an order, but if you experience an issue, please take a screenshot of the error and send it to our email, or just describe in words what is the issue.
